I have been to Dr. Garcia for three surgeries, breast implants, tummy tuck, and removal of the implants (after one was ruptured during a biopsy). He is one of the most caring surgeons I have ever known. He truly cares about his patients and their outcomes. My recovery was uneventful. Scarring is minimal. Dr. Garcia is a very competent and caring doctor.

He is one the most wonderful and caring doctors. I was diagnosed with breast cancer and was terrified. I am in my 40s. I just wanted the cancer gone. I did not even care about reconstruction. But upon speaking my cancer surgeon, I am so glad I did get reconstruction. Dr. Garcia is amazing. He was able to complete the one breast the day of cancer removal surgery and place an expander in the other breast for a future surgery. He did an amazing job. I have had the expander removed and that went well. I, of course , was terrified but Dr. Garcia makes you feel so secure and calm I didn’t worry. His experience and confidence makes you feel comfortable. I had a follow up appointment with my oncologist 3 weeks post surgery and she was amazed how well it healed and looked. He made a very Very stressful and mind blowing time of my life easier. He and his staff are truly wonderful. I would suggest no one else. You will be not be disappointed.

Dr Garcia not only did an amazing job on my panniculectomy (tummy skin removal) surgery after losing over 100 pounds, but you can tell he truly cares about his patients. His bedside manner is amazing and he went above and beyond. I could not be more pleased with my results! Highly recommend him!

Update:
I saw Dr. Garcia again four years later as my nose was broken again, not only did he remember me, but he remembered my son who is now five. He remembered his name, Chris, she is still there and so sweet.
Their office gave me confidence, they made me feel cared about and loved & I could not ask for a better surgeon, I would recommend him if you ever need any sort of cosmetic surgery, Dr. Garcia is the most amazing doctor in NW PA and I will forever be great full for him. If you ever read this some day, Dr. Garcia, thank you for helping me feel confident and beautiful again. I love you guys so much.<3 Dr. Garcia fixed my nose just yesterday caused by facial trauma as a child. He is absolutely amazing. He knows what he's doing, he treated me as if I were his own daughter, he made sure I was informed about everything he was doing to my nose, he answered all of my questions precisely. He even treated my 7 month old with respect, he made sure to interact with him. My 7 month old just loved him and his staff. His staff is super nice, especially Chris. They get back to you very quickly with questions, procedure times, they're just wonderful. I would highly highly recommend him. I can't wait to see my final result. Thank you Dr. Garcia & staff.♡

He performed two surgeries all together. My first sugery was so botched that we ended getting the second surgery free of cost (except we paid for the anesthesia).
I understand sometimes surgery’s don’t come out the way we plan, he explained he’d fix the damage he caused for free. I was so upset but I believed him so I began feeling more positive about him as a doctor and his competence.
I waited six months to have the second one.
My husband explained to me I only went into the surgery room for less then one half an hour. He said it seemed so quick that he couldn’t understand how anything could have gotten done, let alone started.
When I woke up from surgery Dr. Garcia said everything went well and my nose looks great!
At this point I had to trust him.
Weeks later I took the bandages off....not only was nothing even touched on my nose but I had a big hole going from the inside of my nose all the way through the outside.
He told us he had to take out an absence from my nose that is why there is a hole. He said I have to continue to push on the damaged he caused the first time and the bump should finally disappear.
Everything seems so weird to me.
After six months of pushing on my bump and the hole scabbing up, we decided to have a doctor with a great reputation in pittsburgh tell us what exactly happened to me.
The doctor pretty much said it looks like he didn’t perform the second surgery at all because when he started the knife he was using punctured right through my nose. Not only was my skin super thin there (which he should have known better) but having a nose surgery in a 6 month period is highly dangerous to any cosmetic appearance.
Our conclusion....he not only made some really bad medical decisions for his patient but has little ethical standards when speaking the truth.
I do not recommend him at all to no one ever.

I called this morning about a ruptured breast implant and was being helped by the receptionist. When I mentioned I was trans, her tone completely changed. "You are trans? Oh he won't treat trans and I doubt anyone in Erie will." Then she went on about 'special credentialing' needed. Removal and replacement of a ruptured implant is the EXACT same procedure regardless of gender identity. If you are LGBTQIA or care for anyone who is, I would give this guy a wide berth.
