Worked here for 11 months and was a model employee, did everything that was ever asked of me, was rarely ever absent, was never late, all while never complaining or asking for anything in return
A little context:
My shift was changed two separate times from when I was originally hired
I was asked to have new hires shadow me w/o a pay raise or compensation
Was forced to cross train for a different state w/o a pay raise or compensation
Expected to take calls from 2 different states w/o a pay raise or compensation
No holiday pay (have to us PTO)
No paid bathroom breaks (have to shorten either a 15 min break or lunch to cover the few minutes it takes you to use the bathroom or not get a full 40 hr check)
No pay during technical issues when the phone system would drop for multiple employees at a time so it wasn’t just single person
(have to shorten either a 15 min break or lunch to cover the blackout time)
No paid bereavement
Points for everything including health issues w/ doctors note or emergency like my kitchen catching fire
When I finally spoke up because i was experiencing panic attacks and disturbing thoughts of self harm due to all the built up issues along with having to take NY calls (which was not the assignment I was hired for) my request was denied several times and was told to “not let it get to me”
When I finally had to resign because I was unable to mentally deal with it, my PTO request to cover 2 days while I was still, an employee was denied by HR due to a bogus loophole.
Directly from the HR email that was sent by Diane Ahlschlager and Katy Barnes:
Paid time off is not authorized in the final two weeks of employment regardless of if the termination is voluntary or involuntary. This does not pertain to the date you submitted the request this pertains to the date requested. The dates you requested Monday 10.8.24 and Tuesday 10.9.24 are within the two-week time frame and therefore per the DVS handbook you signed, will not be paid as PTO.
Just be warned, no matter how great of an employee you are and all the time effort and energy that you put in at the end of the day HR is not going to care about your well being or mental health. All they care about is DVS.

Great experience other than I made an appointment n they can not find me or see my appointment anywhere in there system? I have the email confirmation as well But the lady upfront was very nice and added me as a walk in and still got me in today for fingerprints & background checks for my job so far so good fingerprinting was smooth also little hiccup with the machine for the money order but we got it done quickly happy with my service...

Had to get fingerprinted for work & they sent me here. Took awhile to get an appointment, they were booked solid for a couple weeks & my hiring boss ended up on maternity leave slowing things down too, but got an appointment the next day when the new lady took over. Staff here were super friendly professional & quick
