Easily the worst doctor I have ever been to. I felt he did not listen to me when I described my symptoms, talked over me, and his entire staff has been incredibly rude and unhelpful. He ended up misdiagnosing me and kept me in a walking boot for nine weeks, which caused its own problems as that is much longer than a boot should be used. In the end, I would have been better off not going to see any doctor rather than go to him as he actually caused me harm.

Both of my ingrown toenails I had removed have both grown back. I also had bone spurs removed. I had to pay over 830 dollars for this. And I had no idea it would be that way. Maybe it's because I'm young, but when I explained I didn't have the money they were rude rolling their eyes at me and just in general unpleasant. Complaining my insure doesn't pay them until they're paid. My insurance was only going to pay 80 dollars. They wouldn't work with me on any sort of payment plan. Maybe it's just me because I haven't been to another podiatrist. But they said it was about 90% success rate. But my toenails growing back is already a huge pain and now I have to find somewhere else to go because I can't have it become as bad of a problem as it was before.

Dr. Dibacco and his staff are the best. First off, we met Judy at the front desk. She's so sweet and makes you feel right at home. The rest of the staff are so friendly too. I had to bring my 7 year old in for a wart and then I had a different issue so I decided to make an appointment there for myself. Dr. Dibacco is very smart and kind. He won't do anything that doesn't need to be done. My son and I felt so comfortable there and will definitely go there in the future if needed. I recommend Dr. Dibacco and his staff to everyone. We are so happy we found them!

Dr. DiBacco was wonderful. He explained everything thoroughly and asked me multiple times if I had any questions. His assistant Crystal was so kind and compassionate it is clear she is doing what she loves. I highly recommend this office.

My chiropractor referred me recently to Dr. Dibacco.I had been dealing with Plantar Fasciitis for about 7 months. As it turns out I needed a surgical procedure to relieve the pain. I have had a quick and easy recovery and very glad to be out of pain. Thanks Dr. Dibacco

As a previous patient I was very unhappy in finding out after surgery the doctor wouldn't prescribe me anything for pain. In the long run, I ended up taking out my own stitches. I would advise everyone to look elsewhere.

I went to see Dr. Dibacco for new orthotics that I needed post-pregnancy. I was suffering with plantar fasciitis in one foot. He used “state of the art technology” to measure me, but the orthotics were ill-fitted. I started experiencing pain in both feet, and at that point, he suggested surgery on multiple occasions without delivering-on any effective orthotics. (This was over the course of 8 weeks in which the office staff bungled the ordering and reordering of the orthotics.) I replied “no”, just fit me with appropriate orthotics. Eventually I had to modify them with cotton and the pain disappeared.

Also, the “physical therapy” is a crock. Sitting there using electro stimulation did nothing compared to actual physical therapy that I sought elsewhere.

Lastly, the office staff was incompetent, terrible, not kid-friendly, and rude. Avoid this provider at all costs.

Dr. Dibacco is a great foot doctor, very caring and attentive. Any problems or questions they are always there to answer. I had a lot done on my foot and the recovery wasn’t what I expected but Dr. DiBacco and his staff encourage you along the way. I highly recommend him.
