They are unprofessional. They will tell you to come for a certain time and date and your grilz will still not be ready. No apology just excuses. Why would you be making my grilz the day that it’s supposed to be picked up and after the set time. Get it together

Love this place, I've gotten three pairs of bottom grillz here because unfortunately i kept losing them. Al has always been the one to help me, hes super friendly and works with you to get you exactly what you want. Each time i went i was in and out , the casting process is quick and easy. Good pricing and quick turnaround, if you have a date you need them by they definitely try to work with you. I was introduced to this place years ago, since then I have sent multiple people here and they all have had a great experience.

Great job and real Gold used I have a teeth missing and got grilz from them to cover it up so I barely take it out and it's been over 2yrs looking at it glittering still and this ppl care about customers satisfaction.

Very poor customer service! Go somewhere else for your gold grill needs. This spot is not worth the headache.

My pick up day was today 3/7/19. I didn’t look at the pick up slip that said 6:30pm so that was my mistake. I made my way there early. I called and asked if I can still come early. The owner Alan said it would be expedited to be ready by 3pm. When I arrived he changed his tune and said 5pm. Then he said 5:30pm. It is now 5:40 and it is still not ready. I came all the way from New Jersey. Big inconvenience. They should have been honest and said it would not be ready until the time on the slip of 6:30pm. I would have came a different day.

The location is a whole in the wall location in the hood. I was harassed by crackheads and homeless people my entire walk there.

I will NEVER get grills from here ever again. Nor would I recommend this location to anyone, ever!

Whoever had a bad experience here first off.. you have to be patient, and call before you go.. to see if your grills are done I've been going to him ever since the other location I say around 5 6 years maybe longer one of them just pop because the more gold it has the softer it is well anyway I'm going in to get my two tops and get a new one for the bottom to replace the one that broke after 5 years and by the way I still have the old ones from him and they look the same
