I love the store and all the products but I wish they had someone 50+ years and older to help their older clients. We love to be helped by someone who gets my needs and concerns. It’s only fair and they really seem to care about hiring with diversify, how about someone over 50 years old?

The staff walking the floors are typically pretty friendly but omgosh the women behind the registers are beyond grumpy. I get it, it’s the holidays and y’all are getting more business than usual but maybe don’t work customer service if ya can’t handle it?! Every time I went in there this last month has made me uncomfortable because I feel like I’m a burden having to have them punch a couple numbers on their register or have to locate something for a pick up order. Definitely going to start hitting up Sephora from here on out.

I seriously like Ulta better than Sephora's because they're fully stocked, consistent in every city and with so many quality brands,offer great customer service, product sampling and recommendations. Also great make overs. Highly recommend in every single location!

Jonathan was a total lifesaver while I was on the hunt for a few different beauty products! The cashiers were really fast/efficient, and I docked a star because the store was messier than usual.

Wow, there was a lot going on in this store! However, the staff were really friendly, and took the time to help me eith what I needed. I don't particularly know a lot about makeup, so I was super appreciative of this.

However, everything was more expensive than what I wanted, and what the staff recommended to me was out of my price range. When I asked if they had any cheaper options, they redirected me to the other side of the store, but told me I was pretty much on my own to find the colors I wanted.

At the other side of the store, if there were testers, a lot of them were clogged up, making it impossible to see the actual shade, so in the end, I had to take a guess of what worked, and I ended up being wrong, so I had to return it. Luckily they have a good return policy, so you can return opened products. I returned mine same-day after trying it at home.

My experience at this Ulta location has been disappointing. The store layout is crowded, particularly around the front counter, making it challenging to navigate into the store as the counter is near the entrance. Despite multiple visits, I have not received assistance from any employees. Instead, I've had to resort to Googling products and reading descriptions online for help.
The Benefit brow bar was consistently busy during my most recent visit, and the cramped space made it impossible to browse products without feeling intrusive. Additionally, the testers available are often sticky and dysfunctional, leading to a lack of trust in the products because it only displays how poorly they will perform when purchased. It's concerning that many higher-end testers are locked up, creating a low-trust environment.
Unfortunately, the staff here has not been helpful or friendly, in my experience, resulting in a stressful shopping trip for me. Additionally, they often give the impression that they prefer to talk to each other rather than assist customers, further adding to the feeling of being neglected. I believe it would benefit this location to offer samples to indecisive shoppers or even provide information on viral, new, or staff favorite products. Overall, improvements are needed to make this Ulta location more inclusive, welcoming, and customer-friendly.

Every time I come into Ulta I head straight to the Clinique Rep Ari for assistance- She is extremely helpful with choosing the perfect product for my aging skin. She color matches like an artist, and knows her stuff so well and has never let me down! Even with new products she has so much knowledge. Her expertise and true passion for this business always has me coming back when I am looking for something new!
