The prices are good, shipping time is the strongest positive about the company for me, I'm state over though so. The Customer Service on the other hand is pretty lack luster, sent an email a week or two ago and no response, sent a follow up a day or so ago thinkin maybe it was lost or they forgot, no response yet.

Get more active at responding please.

Delivery way prompt, however, the product was incorrect. Dzones responce was quick, proving a free return shipping label. From this point that n the transaction service degraded to not exsistance. No responce to request concerning replacement item, or tracking information ( 2 request sent) to date PayPal has not resolved the issue as Dzone has not responded. Do not purchase from D-Zone for chance they send the wrong item!!

Ordered a UTV roof and a oil filter payed for it and the next day you refunded for the roof saying it was out of stock but when I ordered it showed 3 in stock so the oil filter was supposed to be shipped well that was about 10 days ago and no filter or tracking number. Called 4 days ago and you said no worries you would send it but pretty much lost confidence in The D-zone

Worst customer service I have dealt with. Have been trying to return a order since January. They have a phone number that they don't answer and you can't leave a message. They only contacted me after the timeframe had expired. I received return labels. They said I sent to the wrong address. This company is a joke. Only order if you use caution. I don't recommend them .

I ordered a brake lever for a Kawasaki and a brake lever for a Suzuki was shipped. The part does not fit my motorcycle I have tried to call the company and The automated message tells you to email them. I emailed the company several times with no response. The return policy states within 30 days however you were subject to restocking fee and to pay all shipping and handling which I do not think that’s reasonable since they sent me the wrong part.
