Don't know how far they could stay in business with this low level of conduct !, will keep updating this review so it stays current.

Our review will give the potential customers a clear pathway of what to expect from the Design Zone.
1. On 12 January 2021 Fadi’s Furniture signed an agreement employing the Design zone to develop our website total project cost agreed was $1999
2. Within the aforesaid agreement, the contractor the Design Zone, promised Top Level Domain with HTTP
3.The Timeline to complete the entire project was 20-25 business days
4. On 3/10/2021 As part of the agreement Fadi’s Furniture asked the contractor to purchase the domain name fadisfurniture.com from Network Solution and register is for 3 years
5. On 11/3/2021 Fadi’s Furniture paid for the domain registration the mount of $560
6. As we haven’t get a confirmation of purchasing the domain name or the access to its existence or any registration nor password information On 4/29/2021 we asked the Design Zone about the purchase of the domain
7. On a phone conversation with the Design Zone rep. he admitted that the domain name was purchased and registered to some other company name which they know, he is been told that this is considered hijack and breach of trust, he responded with an email asking Fadi’s Furniture to pay the remaining balance on the unfinished project $800 in order to get the domain transfer to Fadi’s Furniture!
8. On 10th of August the Design Zone was asked to pay back the $1199 initial payment & the domain registration payment of $560 as its proven overtime that they are unable to deliver the website nor the domain registration as agreed
9. the design zone refuse to payback claiming that the terms and conditions has been revised on their website
10. Fadi’s Furniture advised the design zone that the signed agreement never change and whatever they publish on their website is irrelevant to the agreement between the two parties whom signed on specific terms and conditions that should be honored by both parties and our demand for the refund is based on the signed agreement terms and conditions
and the refund based on that the Design Zone has breached the contract in many ways:

The Design Zone specified the completion with 20-25 business days from January the 12, where in fact Fadi’s Furniture keep pushing the contractor to finish the basic website functions throughout August which means 7 months from the commencement day [ Namely 173 business days!] And the website is still more or less a 10 static pages filled with nonfunctional links

The Design Zone hijacked the domain name (fadisfurniture.com) we purchased through them assuming they are a trusted web-developer and registered our purchased domain name to a third party, and later on refusing to reinstate the domain name to Fadi’s Furniture unless we pay them more money as transfer fees, or pay the complete cost of the unfinished project

This place is a total rip off! They messed my whole entire website up. Now I have to find another company to redo my company website all over again. They basically took my money and give me an unprofessional website. They refused to give me a refund as well. Plus, their customer service was horrible. Then they told me AFTER the fact that what I paid them to do will get blacklisted. Please do not ever do business with this company!!

The worst customer service experience I have ever had by far. They are non-responsive to my requests, unable to meet deadlines, and will not refund for services promised but never provided.

Edit: still waiting for project to be delivered as promised. Previous negative review is removed because project manager for my website called and promised a delivery date for the website and asked me to remove the negative review until the website is delivered.

A complete failure, labels were late after i paid extra to get earlier, only 2 came when i ordered 6 when the other 4 came the measurements are off 1 label had wrong nutrition value , no tracking number for items poor customer service cant cant answer the phone correctly I wouldn't recommend to anyone period
