We worked with Stevie Wren to purchase a Yellow Sapphire Eternity Ring for my wife's birthday. They were very responsive, friendly, and professional. We were worried that the ring might take longer due to the current pandemic but we were able to receive the ring even earlier than expected. The ring itself is gorgeous and looks exactly as described/shown on the website (except with 18K white gold) and my wife says it's even more beautiful in person. The attached photo just doesn't do it justice. We are very satisfied with the ring and the service -- thank you very much Stevie Wren!

Best customer service I have ever experienced!! Wanting to purchase a ring for my daughter, but uncertain of the style or size, Stevie, and her mom, Wren, provided me with unparalleled customer support. They responded promptly to phone calls and emails, and proposed a solution to my "choice dilemma. " After Stevie dug up a couple of smaller sized rings (one right out of a department store display, ) in styles I requested, she sent them, along with a ring sizer to my daughter. Based on the samples, my daughter was able to choose the ring she preferred , and Stevie sent it into production. The sample rings were returned, new ring received, and we are super happy customers. We will return to Stevie Wren for future purchases!
