We had Dave stage our house in Mayfair and were so impressed that we had him come back to stage our Park Hill home too. He has a real eye for detail, knows what looks good together, and was great at taking pieces from our home and making them pop simply by moving them to a different location or dressing them in a different way. Dave also has a really extensive collection of beautiful pieces and he augmented what we had here with pieces from his own collection to make a more finished look. On both occasions the photos turned out awesome, and everyone coming to the houses said how beautiful they were so I can highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell a home!

Dave is amazing and I highly recommend as your go-to stager! He is very professional, worked amazing magic on my listing in a very short amount of time and made a blank canvas pop! He is so easy and fun to work with and has great style that appeals to the masses! My sellers wanted to go on the market without staging because it's a hot market. So we did. We didn't get any offers and the layout was a the main concern. I called Dave the Monday right after the weekend, we met that afternoon, and he staged it by Friday (FAST!!!). We went under contract that Sunday, less than 48 hours after staging, for full price. P.S. Even in a hot market, staging matters, esp in a vacant home! Don't let the hot market fool you. Use Dave and you'll be thankful you did. I will be using him again for my upcoming listings!

Dave staged our home when we listed it for sale and I couldn't believe how amazing it looked. In a single afternoon, it was transformed into a designer space. He brought in quite a few of his own staging pieces, and then using some form of magic I do not understand or possess, he combined those with our own furniture and decor in a completely gorgeous, seamless way.
