I used Katie for a few projects at my home and they all turned out Beautiful. Katie has a great personality, very calm and easy to talk to. My Husband and I were in need of a renovation at my Day Spa and we chose Katie with Slate Studios. Katie is extremely thorough, very detailed, organized and always comes prepared doing as much research as possible when going into a project. All her results turn out phenomenal. Working with Katie was a phenomenal experience. She was very understanding, patient and respectful. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and the look I wanted for our home. We worked together on vision boards and she wanted to ensure she knew the exact style I was wanting. We have been working room by room. I am not the best with decor and she definitely has an eye for details no matter in person or online. I love her work, professionalism and drive she has for her clients. Before I met Katie and her team at Slate Studios I was lost in an abyss of ideas, instagram, pinterest, etc. So many conflicting design ideas in my head. They were very attentive to my needs and goals and did an amazing job narrowing down my design style. I could not have done it without their help. Katie is truly a talented professional. She demonstrated that she understood my style and goals throughout the project. I recently completed my interior design project with Slate Studios as a first-time homebuyer. I wanted to ensure that the project was special and Slate Studios did not disappoint.
