She works with you to find exactly what you want -- even if you don't quite know what you want at the start. I needed her help designing and choosing a paint color for built-in bookshelves. Where I would normally tear my hair out choosing paint colors, Rebecca made it a fun and creative process. She was always available and communicated so well with me that I never felt talked down to.
