Paul does phenomenal work !!! He took care of our engagement ring. He was able to keep my wife’s original engagement ring and upgrade the middle diamond. He took the other parts from it and made a custom pendant for my wife so she could keep everything sentimental. He is very professional and kind. I procrastinated in getting a bracelet engraved for my mom for Christmas. Paul’s was the first place I thought of when I dropped it off a week and a half before the holiday. Though I know there was no guarantee in getting it before we went out of town to celebrate with family, Paul’s came through the Friday before with the engraved piece. His team was amazing throughout. Very friendly, professional, and they do beautiful work. They carry an amazing selection of jewelry, too. I’d highly recommend them.

Paul’s Jewelry Designs is a small shop that gives great personal service. The owner works hard to please his customers and offers a variety of ideas. I found Paul to be patient and willing to make changes to my jewelry design. Prices are reasonable and they still offer lay-away! All staff are courteous and kind. A great place to shop.

I absolutely love Paul’s! Their jewelry is beautiful & their service is top notch. I live in an area where there are 3 jewelry stores within 5 miles of each other, I have purchased jewelry from them all. Not anymore though! Super easy and quick service here with reasonable prices. We did have to ask for the plain rings since they were not on display with the fancier ones, but this was easy since you could look at all of the rings online before you went and just show him the photo of what you want. He thought to match the colors of the rings to the engagement ring and offered to have us bring the engagement and wedding rings back before the ceremony to have them cleaned one more time to make sure they were photo ready.
