From Lilli’s focus on our needs and vision during the design, through to the professionalism shown by the entire team throughout the install, I'm just blown away. We figured our home's landscaping could be a little more cohesive, maybe fix some drainage and repair the front steps... Cathleen developed a *gorgeous* master plan to transform the landscaping around our house. She worked with our budget, our timeline, our wants and needs, and left us plenty of flexibility to adjust in the future. Don, Alex, and the onsite crew were dedicated, professional, and meticulous. We had a relatively small project to fix a mess in front of our house - some sidewalks, stairs/landing, & much needed drainage at the garage entrance.
The designers who visited were extremely professional & provided excellent advise & suggestions. They came back with a design, a price, and a realistic start date.
When construction began, the crew was also very professional and even willing to make some small adjustments on the fly. Mid-project, I was so pleased that I requested additional work and was quickly provided with a change order.
When the project was complete, the crew had cleaned everything up and I had a beautiful new entrance.
I'm very satisfied with the work and level of service I received.
In spite of my project being small, Outdoor Spaces treated me like an important customer & I would recommend them to anyone looking for fine landscape/hardscape improvements.
