We had a wonderful experience working with Nip Tuck Remodeling. They remodeled our kitchen and bathroom and did a few other projects in our home. They were helpful, always available to answer questions, and were very detail-oriented. We appreciated that all members of the team were honest, executed all of the elements of the project well, and worked efficiently. We worked with people on all levels of staff and seniority. The people we had the most contact with were April (the owner), Kyle (the project manager), Emma (designer), Hosea (lead carpenter), Noah (carpenter), Jesse (who helped with many aspects of the project), and Rachel (who works in the office). Each of them was friendly, positive, upbeat, and highly skilled. Nip Tuck guided us through all aspects of the project, from design through the building process. We were very pleased with the results from the day the project was complete, and appreciate our remodeled home more and more as time passes. We had a fantastic experience with Nip Tuck Remodeling, and couldn’t recommend April and her team more highly! We’d been planning to remodel our family room and kitchen for a few years but had always been overwhelmed by the scope of the project. We were also wary because we had heard so many stories of how stressful the remodeling process can be. But from the initial design meetings through the final steps of construction, we knew we were in good hands with Nip Tuck. The whole Nip Tuck team was professional, dependable, on-time, organized and a joy to work with. We appreciated how our designer, Emma, captured the essence of what we were hoping to achieve in our space with her beautiful design. She then walked us through materials selection, which would have been so overwhelming without her experience and advice. Once we moved from design into construction, project manager Brian, lead carpenter Hosea, and the whole team of staff and subcontractors were outstanding. They kept the project on schedule, communicated clearly about any changes or challenges along the way, and went above and beyond to ensure all work was done with excellence. We are so grateful to the Nip Tuck team for an experience and end result that far exceeded our expectations.

We've now been in our new kitchen and family room for a year, and it's turned out to be everything we hoped it would be, both aesthetically and in terms of functionality. We couldn’t be happier with our new space, and we are grateful to all the great people at Nip Tuck!

This is a long overdue review of Nip Tuck Remodeling and the great staff they have that worked with us on our project. Remodeling a home is stressful with all of the decisions to be made and April and Allison started our journey by carefully walking us through the budget and design phase. They struck a good balance of giving us time to consider the options and guide us to make decisions so that the project could move forward on time.

Allison has a great design sense - seeking our opinions and sharing her professional know how to make all the functionality and materials coalesce into a beautiful final product. Our kitchen in particular, is a work of art and so well laid out for cooking, cleaning, and entertaining. We also feel she did a great job of updating our spaces while keeping some of the original 1968 design pieces in place and still make sense like the old fireplaces & the original floor to ceiling wood windows in the main living spaces. We loved her idea to keep the fun original orange color in our kids bathroom by integrating it into new sleek faucets.

What's truly impressive is how Nip Tuck kept to our timeline as we only had about 4 months to be out of our house. There were setbacks and Brian consistently found ways to stay on time. Brian and the entire construction team (Jesse, Noe, Tyler, Noah, & Steve) were all professional and easy to work with. They take pride in their work and we're so grateful to them for what they've expertly created.

With any project there are always some challenges and we did have a few. For example, it was next to impossible to match the few new doors we got with our original 1968 doors. Nip Tuck came as close as they could, even sending the doors out to the best color matching business around. My advice to other homeowners is to replace all the doors if you want a wood grain or just keep all of the old doors to avoid this problem. The other option is to paint all the doors if you're willing to go this route. With other challenges, Nip Tuck was quick to problem solve or offer a different solution.

All in all, we are very happy with how everything turned out and we're thankful to Nip Tuck for all their hard work, problem solving, and fairness. They truly worked with us on everything and created a beautiful home that we are elated to be living in day in and day out.

We are a family with 4 kids and 2 dogs, and we were putting off a full home remodel for years because it seemed like it would be a lot of work and stressful. My husband kept pushing it off because he was so worried about finding a good design/build company (we had heard horror stories). I finally convinced him that our house was falling apart, and we needed to find a good company to do all of the work for us. We were impressed from start to finish with the communication, teamwork, and quality of work that Nip Tuck brought to the process. Every single person who entered our home was kind, friendly, respectful, hard-working and knew their skills well. We appreciated how they walked us through every step of the way and were constantly communicating about every detail. We were able to live at home for over half of the remodel, and it was incredible how they could work around our large family and keep all of us safe and respect our privacy. Nip Tuck planned everything so well, that despite a few minor setbacks (like snow and ice storms), they were still able to complete the remodel on the exact date they had predicted 6 months earlier. We are SO pleased with every single thing that Nip Tuck did to make our home function better for our family. Everything turned out gorgeous and works so much more efficiently for our needs. We cannot rave enough about how wonderful the Nip Tuck team was to work with from the beginning to the end. We HIGHLY recommend Nip Tuck to everyone we know! They are the outstanding amongst the outstanding!

We recently hired Nip Tuck Remodeling to repair some water damage to our house.

My wife and I were extremely satisfied with the high level of professionalism we got from each person we worked with. They were all so courteous, respectful and kind to us and our 2 kids. They did not use bad language, they kept a clean work area, and tidied up each night before heading home for the day.

Kyle, the project manager was great and kept a great line of communication with us throughout the entire process. He was great to work with.

Jessie, Noah and Jose were here each day and did such a great job. They talked to us about what they were doing and what the cause was and just kept saying “We are going to get this fixed properly for you so you never have to worry about this again.” That made us feel like they truly cared and which gave us peace of mind.

We LOVED working with these guys and will definitely hire them again for any future projects that come up. We cannot recommend them enough!

We did a full house remodel and couldn't be happier with the results. From the design process through the construction phase, Nip Tuck was professional, on time and a pleasure to work with. I would not have an hesitation recommending them and hope to work with them again in the future.
Update:
20 months after the completion of our remodel and we are still loving our home! There is nothing that I would change. I give full credit to our designer, Allison. She understood what our needs were and was able to create exactly what we needed, even when we didn't know what that was. We have had a few minor things (small drywall crack, a few nail heads showing through) that needed touching up once we moved back into the house and Nip Tuck quickly repaired them. They stand behind their work which should be reassuring to anyone considering a remodel. As I had stated in my earlier review, I would highly recommend Nip Tuck. They may possibly be a little more expensive than your average design/build company but it is 100% worth it.
