“When I’m at work, I daydream about my house. I can’t stop talking about it! I used to avoid entertaining, but now I love having family and friends over. We moved from a three-bedroom apartment to a six-bedroom house more than four times the size…. I didn’t know where to start! Being so overwhelmed with all the space to furnish and design, I wanted to start with the areas where we spend the most time. This is where Merrie came in. For our family room and breakfast nook, Merrie recommended just the right furniture, lighting, mirrors and accents. The aqua couch, black sideboard and gold accents added that elegant “wow factor” I was looking for. Merrie is so friendly and accommodating. She always has my best interests in mind, even if it means more work on her end. I was so pleased, I definitely plan to bring her back. Our next project will be my primary bedroom and finished basement.”

Our primary bedroom renovation was much simpler than I expected, thanks to Merrie. She is so easy to work with and really listened to what was important to us. Merrie helped us choose the paint colors, furniture and accessories. She also added striking wallpaper to the back of our closet system. We were impressed with all her deliverables! Our bedroom is like an oasis where we go to relax and rejuvenate. It gives us a real sense of peace. Merrie is kind and generous with a wonderful sense of style. When we moved into a bigger home three years ago, we were reluctant to paint, decorate and buy new furniture until we had a more comprehensive plan. Then, we found Merrie.
