We are researching a modernization of our existing system as well as expansion. I liked that Loudoun Lighting offers virtual consultations to do a video walk around of our property instead of having to wait around for an arrival window. I spoke with Garrett the owner during the consultation. He was great about educating and advising without pressing us in a particular direction. As we talked I learned he is a former IBM executive turned entrepreneur and that seems to be a big part of why I found him refreshing compared to most contractors. Loudoun Lighting is a small, local business that delivers on its promises. We had uplighting installed in the front of the house. The owner came over before we committed to the project to showed us in the evening the approximate look of the lights to get our input. Garrett took the time to explain the process and kept us up to speed during the instillation. After instillation, Garrett returned to adjust angles of the lights and trade out a light based on feedback.
