Working with John and his staff has been a great experience. I was appointed Executer of both my Mom's Estate and then my Dad's estate. All of the court processes were handled with excellent competency and knowledge. It was very comforting to have these proceedings in their care. John D' Ewart is the attorney for both my parents estates and my sister Johnna is the executer of it and I'm one of heirs of the estates and in my experience with this office they are very unprofessional and incompetent. They can't give me any answers to my questions I have about my parents estate.the receptionist laughed at my questions then hung up on me.I lost both my parents and they have no empathy and actually laugh at me and hang up on me with no regards to my loss.so I highly suggest you don't use their services.

This office is very unprofessional and judgmental and give no information makes you feel horrible my mom lost her parents and they treat her like crap I overheard the reception lady laughing at her and putting her down for asking simple questions they actually laugh at you and hang up on you sickening! I can’t make it up it’s disgusting stay far away from this place you will regret it I give zero stars they don’t deserve it. By the way I never do reviews but this office is on another level of unprofessionalism and incompetence and completely uncaring so I want to warn people And also people that are treated bad from this firm that make a review they put the same generic message of not knowing them very convenient for this heres the same response for those bad reviews Thank you for leaving a review. We take feedback very seriously; however, we cannot find any record matching your name or details. Perhaps you have us confused with a different law firm. so yeah something’s not right.

John has been assisting me, for the last two and a half years, with trust administration and navigating all of the complicated court procedures required of a trustee. I would rate this guy zero. He is one of the dumbest attorneys I have ever seen. I just wasted $400 to have a consultation with John and literally got nowhere. For someone that says he specializes in real estate and probate law, he has absolutely no knowledge on his own practice. I would not recommend him to anyone. He didn't even assist. All he did was constantly interrupt and override me. None of the advice he gave was remotely correct. I spoke to three different attorneys who all contradicted John and told me otherwise. Don't go to this man. He is corrupt and money-hungry. He doesn't care about his clients. All he does is waste your money. And when you leav a negative review, he pretends he doesn't know who you are. Believe me, I do not have this confused for a different law firm.

Not very helpful with any information. I Feel like they are not looking for any new clients. They did not seem to interested in listening, I felt like I was just taking up there valuable time. Maybe they were having a bad day? Or maybe we just didn’t have a good connection?
