Kristyn & her team did such an incredible job at our Battello wedding. Since they do so many weddings at Battello, Kristyn truly made me feel like i had nothing to worry about and it was the best feeling as a bride. She knew exactly what I wanted and was so confident in delivering just that. We had so many phone calls & meet ups to ensure she understood my vision, she was amazing to work with. I actually cried when I walked into our reception! Not only were the florals to die for, the entire space was amazing. Kristyn set up candles, our seating chart, the stair railing, etc. - she played such a big role in our day and I am forever thankful we used Karma as our florist.

Kristyn immediately understood our vision and sent us a mood board that was spot on. She worked closely with us on our proposal and walked us through everything to ensure we were more than happy with the design choices for our wedding day. As we got closer to our big day we took another call with Kristyn to confirm last minute details and put the final touches on the design decisions we made. She was super flexible with us to schedule a mock-up of my bouquet and our tablescapes, and even shifted to sharing photos with us when we unexpectedly couldn’t make our appointment.

In addition to her incredible talent and expertise, she is highly recommended and loved by our venue and other vendor teams and it’s obvious why. She knew exactly what was needed to elevate the already gorgeous interior of Battello and her designs perfectly complemented the existing decor and vibe. Our guests raved about the ambiance and beauty of our ceremony and reception and we owe so much of that to Kristyn and the Karma team. Between the countless candles, cascading greenery, twinkle lights framing the room and gorgeous floral tablescapes, our room felt luxe yet cozy and timeless.
