Located inside Best Buy, these techie wizards are easy to find. I was returning a broken ice maker. Not only was it a no hassle exchange, I also benefitted from a ten dollar price drop. The warranty covered everything, and I now have a new machine. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout! Thanks Geek Squad!!

Very easy to get an appointment time that suited me. I'm in the Black Tie protection group, so the price was rock-bottom (I pay 100 per year to get as much service as I need on any machine/device for free). I had a critical PC issue which was solved quickly and my machine wasn't just returned to the way it was. It's now so much faster, smoother, and it makes no noise at all. Seriously, because I work many hours each day on the machine, the West Hollywood Geeks have actually improved my quality of life. Who would've thunk it?

Consultation over the phone. The guy wasn’t able to fix the problem, told me to call Google for help. Still, Geek Squad refused to give me a refund. Never again.

Had the 2 year warranty plan and went to repair my Samsung watch. The manager Biji Balakrishnan was super nice and helpful and was able to replace my watch for free since it was under warranty. Will definitely be back and hope to see him again. Thanks!!

Couldn't help me with my "xbox" problem because of licensing issues. Then they don't even fix your stuff anyways. It's just a consultation to see what's wrong with it, then they ship it out to get fixed at your expense ($80), and that's not to say how much it's actually gonna cost to fix it...waste of my time

This is the worst store, for total protection. I spoke with the manager Bhil the Indian manager, he could not figure out what k in and of protection I have. Did not pull me up by my phone number. Playing games. 2 days previously Philip one of the employees. Could not help me 40 minutes. Data transfer that takes 2 seconds to download. I went to manger he did nothing Philip said he never helped me or seen me before. Than was smirking behind the manager. I gave my password to the Asian employee. He wrote down the wrong password. Made me go back and give it again. The rudest employees and manager. No help will not by Geek squad protection ever again.
