Friendly staff, attentive to my presence. Stock was decent for a couple weeks before Christmas. I just hate how you can buy a new game and get an unwrapped copy handled by everyone under the sun, and they can just put a sticker on the case and call it NEW, but if I tried that they'd take pause to my attempts to return an opened game case. You'd think after decades of business, they would've made a system of paper boxes or digital screens to provide the best buying experience possible.

The employees today were very attentive, without feeling aggressive. They helped me find gifts for my 2 sons and seemed knowledgeable. I eneded up with some free merchandise that I wasn't aware of because of deals that were connected to collectibles.
They simply were aware of how I was shopping and adjusted on their own.
It was a pleasant, friendly experience.

We came in to trade in a phone for my partner. Not only did the rep give us advice on how to get the most bang for our buck, she called her manager to make sure she could give us the value we were expecting rather than the $50 less her system was trying to insist on. She really went the extra mile and took her time to help us. 🙂

Always great stuff here. The peeps are helpful and nice. They have bags you can buy of miscellaneous toys etc you find out when you open what's inside. Very cool. Some Cool gaming etc. apparel as well. Fun place! Prices seem very reasonable as well.

Clean, fun store! Usually I go to the other store in Chico because it's closer but I decided to check this one out too. Brought in some games to return, they gave me more that I thought I'd get and the lady working the register was friendly and did a great job explaining all their new policies for trade ins and discounts. Was surprised to see they still had Wii games as well. Also when I was checking out, some guy came in and the lady greeted him by name, seems like they take good care of their regulars. Good vibes!
