Highest quality for the best value! I went to 3 different stores in Dulles Mall to find a perfect gift for my anniversary, but found it difficult to deal with sales associates since all they tried to do is to make me spend more money. Once I stepped to Elite Giftology, I knew that was it. The manager of the store Elif was friendly,patient, funny and so helpful. After listening carefully what I need and what is my budget she helped me find a beautiful necklace for my fiancé. Since that I’m sending all my friends to her. I would highly recommend them. Their return policy is absolutely not good even if you are allergic to their products (silver, gold etc)...there products marked up price is ridiculous (over 300%, how will you bargain with that?) so even if they have sales, you will still be over paid.
For wedding jewelry purchase, I highly recommended Blue Nile, honest and highly quality, you don’t need to be worry if you will be paid over price, specially that should be the last thing you want to deal with beside busy enough planning your wedding.
“Nile Blue :)” take anything back for any reason if you do not like their products. Because they are real with their products unlike, places like “Elite Jewelry :(“, they will run you around and give you hard time until you getting tired and give up like I did.

I found it really difficult to find a jeweler to make a special custom piece for myself. Elite Giftology exceeded my expectations and worked with me patiently every step of the way. Elif gave suggestions and it’s like she had a better vision than I did. They even did a wax example of the piece I always wanted. When I wanted some changes after looking at the wax, she was more than willing to accommodate. I couldn’t be more thrilled with the final product because it was STUNNING!! My fiance bought my engagement ring from here. He was able to customize the ring just like he wanted. The sales associate even worked with him to put 2 ruby's on the side of the ring to match our birthstones. We came back 14 months later to look for wedding bands. The associate was extremely helpful and we found a perfect match!! The sales associate were kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable.

We had Elite Jewelers make a custom engagement ring and 2 custom wedding enhancer for us; they turned out more than what we thought of! We worked with Sam store manager and Jamila to design the ring and enhancer and it turned out more than what we envisioned. We asked to see the wax model before the final diamond and platinum ring was made which solidified our confidence it would be what we want. Sam's extensive knowledge with what we we're aiming for helped fill in many of the gaps in design we couldn't think through. Also, this is not our 1st time buying we have family friends who has good knowledge we took with him before making final decision and all in all very happy with our experience with Sam, Jamila and Elite Jewelers.

I want to preface this message by saying I do not typically write reviews of a vendor. However, my experience with Elite has been exceedingly positive and beyond any of my expectations I felt required to both review and give them my highest recommendation.

My wife and I had made a purchase several months ago. We had a hiccup with the transaction and were initially not happy with what we received. The staff at Elite was professional and spent a lot of time working with us to find a solution. Ultimately, the owner of the company got involved, refunded our initial purchase entirely (despite a stated policy of no refunds for the type of work we had done) and offered us a beautiful replacement at a significant discount, spending a lot of time and care working with us on finding the right piece. All of this was offered after I had already agreed to just a partial refund, meaning they chased me down to make me satisfied...even if it meant addition costs for them.

Elite was responsive, understanding and went way beyond what I would ever expect a vendor to do for a customer. The management cares...the owner cares and had personally spent hours of his time working directly with us on our purchase.

Early into our dealings with Elite, I saw some of the negative reviews online, which admittedly made me a bit nervous. However, while I can't speak for what happened years ago when most of these reviews were written, I can say emphatically that this is company possesses the highest integrity and that they way they catered to my wife and I have made us lifelong customers. I would strongly recommend them to anyone. Trust is important when buying jewelry and you can trust this company.

My future wife wanted a customized wedding ring, the guy who took care of us was so nice got us the ring on time for the wedding even tho we had less than two weeks for the ring to be made, the ring looks awesome!
