This place is usually My go to for if I need tire service. But today I went in to get my tire plugged. There was a younger guy there along with the men who are usually there. I was telling them I needed my tire plugged but they acted as though they didn’t understand English when I know they have spoken English to me before on numerous occasions. They were speaking amongst themselves in Spanish but the younger guy said in plain English “If you understand dump” and then went back to speaking Spanish. The times when you need your translator. He then started putting air in all my tires as if that’s what I asked him to do. The older guy there was asking me how much am I going to tip the younger guy that put air in my tire. I asked him about plugging my tire. He then asked again about tipping the younger guy and then pointed at him. Well in my opinion if you know to ask me about a tip then you understand me when I ask you to plug my tire. I kept asking them about plugging my tire. They all carried on like none of them knew English. I tipped the younger guy because he did do A service for me but NOT THE service he knew I asked for. I will NOT be back there. They’re too pressed about tips then the actual service. I’d tipped him anyway for doing the service I asked for. Seemed like he wanted to do the bare minimum for a tip. There are so many tire shops on singleton. I’d rather try my luck elsewhere.

Fast, affordable, nice guys. Would recommend to anyone needing tire service on the cheaper side.
Came back for a nail in my tire and was gone in about 20 minutes. Inexpensive again, and he was thorough. Recommend being able to speak Spanish or be competent with google translate however.
On my 3rd visit, I told them the wrong tire, and they had to redo 2 of my tires. I wasted a bunch of their time, and he still treated me well and didn't charge me a ton of extra money for wasting his time. I felt awful. Still recommend this place to anybody who needs cheap tire service. Make sure to say usado for used tire and don't repeat my mistake.

Fast service great customer service!!! The team was able to find me a tire and replace. He looked at my damaged tires and recommended replacement!! Great job thank you

This place is borderline racist. Wouldn't suggest if your black, but if your Mexican by all means have at it. The customer in front of me was Hispanic and got show room service (smile, laughter, ect), however when it came to me I was greeted with a mean look and attitude. He took my donut tire off but wouldn't put it back under my car because I didn't buy a new tire. Don't stop here if your looking to spend your money at all-around good shop
