I hate to leave a negative review for a small business, but my customer experience was terrible. I used Division for a personal project and was charged $225 for an 11x11 wooden block print “stamp”, that I provided artwork for. This was more than twice the price I was quoted at another shop. I decided to go with the more expensive option, thinking the service and quality would be better.

I’ve corresponded with many paper/vinyl/apparel print vendors in my career, and print shops typically send a pre-print proof. Division did not send one even after paying a 50% deposit, nor did they send a finished photo before I paid the rest. Again, for the price I assumed all would be well. This resulted in the artwork not being reversed and printed incorrectly, even though the fabricator knew it was a stamp. I only realized after picking up the print. Division offered to do another for $100 but (rudely) refused a partial refund.

At that point, I took my business to the other shop. The quality was the same. Maybe the carelessness was due to my small order, but shouldn’t big or small orders get the same attention to detail? That’s $225 that could’ve been spent on groceries or bills. I strongly encourage potential customers to consider other options before this one.

Brandt was excellent. He delivered a high quality product with a fair price for our Broadway production (an engraved gift). He was communicative, fast, and was even friendly enough to help us load the items in our car at the end! There is an easy online booking system to make sure he's available when you want to come by. We would absolutely use him again and recommend other people to do so as well.

I needed 2 small pieces of wood cut into specific shapes and I’m glad I chose Division to get this done for me. The business owner, Brandt, was very efficient and professional with getting them cut. His communication was very prompt too. When I picked up my pieces they looked great! They were also wrapped and secured in a neat packaging. He was very responsive, helped me find the right material for my rather off-the-wall project (an astrolabe), came in with a good price, took the extra time to clean up some of the files I sent him and even accommodated my request to come witness and film some of the cutting. We build scale models of theatrical sets and we ALWAYS go with DIVISION for all of our laser cut model piece needs. Brandt is great, quick to respond, works with you on material choice and formatting needs, and the turn around is so fast! We've had same day cuts done before when we were really in a pinch. Their machine can do very precise, detailed cuts. We're always happy with the product. Definitely recommend DIVISION!
