I have to say I was a little disappointed. The women's section is very small.
They do have a nice selection of purses. There are a lot of mens boots and cowboy hats. The upstairs has a ton of men's button-down dress shirts. A small rack of t-shirts. There is street parking and a public lot across the street for a fee.

I took some boots and shoes in to Pats Shoe Repair in Diamond W. All were in very bad shape. I am so HAPPY with the repair work! I also received great service when I initially took everything in and great service when I went in to pick them up. Very helpful and very nice.

Ordered a hat in mid September, was told it would take 30 days to come in. Going into December now and I still have no idea where my hat is. I’ve called 3 times now and have been told the same thing. That their manager would call and check on my order, and then get back to me about it. Each call has had about 1-2 weeks in between calls and I have not been told anything besides the aforementioned. I’m out my down payment and a hat now.

Two young ladies were very helpful, they worked as a team and helped me find a nice pair of slippers for my wife. Even shared with me that the particular brand ran small and recommended I go one size up. They approached me, guided me, made suggestions and I was in and out.

“I have given them multiple opportunities to make the situation right”
I was in need of a simple zipper repair for an extremely expensive pair of sandals.
It was returned to me caked with glue...when I expressed that they had ruined the sandals—and they obviously needed to be replaced, they then expressed they could try to fix them/ which ruined the color. Upon my last visit to pick them up to resolve this sandal debacle— I was greeted with a 20-ish year-old employee who was argumentative and rude— I asked multiple times to speak to the manager/or the owner/ she was dismissive.
No one has returned my calls or reached out to me. The customer service, ruined sandals, rudeness and the arrogance—lesson learned!
I will never go back.
