I was impressed with D&E Auto Repair, Bill & Brooke provided Excellent Customer Service! After explaining my issue. They provided a solution. After the part arrived, it was installed to my completed satisfaction! My car was vacuumed by the staff at D&E Auto Repair. I would Highly recommend them for ALL of your mechanical services! D&E is an honest and great company. I took my van here to get a routine maintenance check and they were very helpful and honest. They are not the type of company to take advantage and give you a made up list of things to fix just to get money. Very satisfied with my visit to D&E!

I am so happy that I chose to come here for my car service today. Bill helped me sort out a car issue that kept me from going to work today and was able to solve the problem and reduced my overall stress. I have never been to a shop that treated me like their own daughter instead of finding ways to take my money. I am so grateful that I found this shop as it will be the only place I take my car from now on. I HIGHLY suggest going here for any and all of your car needs! I had an excellent experience. I got a coupon in the mail, so I thought I’d try them out for an oil change. I called and they answered right away and were super helpful, so I made an appointment online. They did it in about an hour and were ready for me when I got there. They were very friendly and had a lobby that I could wait in. They accepted the coupon no problem and it was the same price I paid in Ohio. It was very rainy and my car was as clean as I left it with them!

Absolutely horrible. I took my car in to get the back brakes replaced, they tried to upsell me to all of my brakes being replaced plus the power steering fluid changed since the “hose was leaking” I denied everything but the rear brake replacement and the car drove fine. Not to mention I had checked my power steering fluid and it was filled up just fine with no leakage. I then start hearing rattling and banging until eventually my rear tire completely stops rotating so I had to get it towed to a different auto shop. They inform me that during the brake replacement they had completely done an awful job. There are bolts and parts falling off and completely missing. The repairs for my car ended up costing more than how much I had actually bought the car for. Not to mention this brake repair at D&E had cost over $500. Hire people who actually know how to fix a car and don’t get drunk on the job. Don’t ever go here.

I had a great experience with D and E, they were very polite and extremely helpful through the long process of fixing my vehicle. Multiple times they went out of their way to ensure that issues were solved quickly and correctly. I would definitely recommend!

Last minute smog needed and I am in a panic with my niece needing the car tomorrow for her driving test. Right after Christmas and I pull in to D&E and they could squeeze me in. Bill helped with a positive attitude and got right to helping me. Thank you so much you are life savers and will come back again. 😊

Bill and the team were extremely helpful. Our car couldn't pass smog until the check engine light was off. They performed the necessary work to repair the car, but then even drove the needed mileage for me so the light would turn itself off. That saved a few hours out of my day! Bill then completed the smog check as well, so it was a one stop shop for us, and very convenient.
