Awesome service. I needed my garage door opener serviced, lady on the phone was polite and professional. Vince, the rep who came out the same day was fast, knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly. Reasonable prices too. Added them to my Google contacts should I ever need them again and to recommend to friends should anyone ask. This excellent customer service is hard to find anymore, keep up the good work. Also, If this guy (Vince) is up for a raise soon, he deserves it in my opinion! Thanks again.

We needed our garage door opener replaced ASAP and D&D got us on their schedule fast!!! Mickey was the technician who arrived on time and worked efficiently to do the install in no time!!! Mickey was very knowledgeable and explained the new system to me before leaving. Reasonable price for excellent service! High recommend!!!

D & D Garage Doors did a terrific job! I have a particularly heavy two car garage door where the cable came off the drum on one side. Of course the door was askew and allowing only a small area for someone to slide inside.
I was concerned the repairman would get inside and not be able to get to the repair because my car was in there and almost impossible to work around as there was very little space. But all worked very smoothly as they assessed the situation well. I want to give five stars to all involved... first, the woman who scheduled the appointment on the phone was excellent. And five stars to Vinny for recommending 10 Star Willie who had everything down to a science. Plus kudos to the 2 guys ("the brawn") that showed up only very briefly to make sure that the extra heavy door wouldn't have a mind of its own. The door/drum/cable actually functions better than it did when it was originally installed. In the past it always made an ugly strange sound on the drum and cable. Now it's so quiet and fits so perfectly because all the parts and pieces have been oiled and are now in order thanks to the team work of this company.

Thank you to this guy for racing up to me, riding on my bumper on the A1A approaching a construction area and barreling around me and flipping me the bird only to ride the bumper of the car in front of me.
Wouldn’t want him working at my house with his anger problems.

……They were wonderful getting out quick to get the door fixed.. They were very professional, the girl that answered the phone was wonderful and helpful The guy that came was able to provide extra door openers. I only wish he could have fixed the program for the cars but that may be my fault in not calling him back. All in all I would call them again!
