Claire Zee Interiors did a fantastic job with my apartment redecorating project. Not only does Claire have an eye for beautiful and tasteful home design, she also took great care to understand my vision and preferences and spent time with me to iterate on the design.

After we settled on the direction and pieces, Claire handled everything- she placed all orders, coordinated with my building supervisor for deliveries, and set up the full apartment. She made the process seamless and there is no way I could have redecorated without her.

I would definitely work with Claire again- she has great taste and could not be easier to work with.

Claire worked with us on a 2-year renovation of our 110 year old house. Although my husband already wrote a glowing review for her, I wanted to add my perspective as well, especially on more of the design aspects. Working with Claire was a delight and we're so thankful we found her. She’s incredibly professional, thoughtful and resourceful. With this renovation, we updated to a more modern aesthetic, but wanted to honor some of the traditional aspects of the home. She did a wonderful job juxtaposing the two styles in a beautiful way. Some of the furniture she chose are truly one of a kind antiques, while others were more modern pieces, and she always managed to stay within budget. Her style is earthy and organic, which creates a real calming feel to it, and when I walk into each room I feel an overall sense of serenity. We receive many compliments when people see our house, and have been told “this is so you!”, which I have to give credit to Claire for because we couldn’t have brought our vision to life without her. She kept us sane and helped simplify many of the challenging decisions that come with renovating and decorating. She was hands down our best hire!

Claire is an innovative designer who pays attention to her clients and tries hard to meet their specific needs. She helped me with a bathroom renovation for 2.5 baths, all of which were fully redone. She went with me tile shopping and spent an extraordinary amount of time corresponding via e-mail to get to the most ideal design plan for me. She is creative, but can still be mathematical and methodical with the measurements and details. When trying to implement the design, the contractor changed their mind regarding what was feasible. So we had to adjust and Claire was a lifesaver and able to provide alternative beautiful ideas. Claire certainly can shift her aesthetic to that of the client. She has no relationship to the contractors I worked with, and was a helpful ally in negotiating my redesign. I will certainly use for future projects.

I needed help with furniture selection, placement and scale to incorporate new pieces into my living area. I had never worked with an interior designer before, and frankly was not sure if the expense would be worth it. After talking with several candidates, I found Claire and we got to work. BEST DECISION EVER. She remained conscious to budget, offered several options for each decision. We worked with Claire on our house for almost four months, from renovation to decoration. Claire does not work with contractors directly, but she helped us picking out materials and color theme for the project.
