I purchased around $30,000 worth of equipment back in September. I used their finance department lease to own option. They told me when I ordered the equipment from the start that one piece was on backorder. And advise me that it would be in on November 15. When I didn’t hear anything from them, I reached out to them on November 15 and they confirmed that the piece was in their warehouse in Virginia. . And that they were waiting for a truck to go pick it up. Three weeks later still nothing from them so I called again. Then they said they never had it and that it would be in December 15. Again, December 15 passed and nothing. At this point, I had already made three payments on a piece of equipment I was not possession of. When I asked for a refund, they advised me that they would with a 20% restocking fee! I’m not sure how you can charge someone a restocking fee on an item you don’t supposedly have in stock. Fast forward another month and the piece was just delivered today. I do not recommend them, nor will I ever purchase from them again.

Very disappointed with the store. Bought something online and I got a call the next day telling me the marketing team put down the wrong price and they refunded my money and didn’t honor the price they had on the sheet. Will NOT go back to them again and that was some very unprofessional business.
