Carlos did our installation. He arrived on time, verified the work to be done, and was especially attentive to keeping my place clean. The installation went off without a hitch. It turned out exactly as I hoped it would. I am very pleased with the service and the product. I will use CC Pasadena again, and can recommend them without hesitation.

We recently moved into our home and needed more storage for our sports cards and growing amount of clothes courtesy of our teenagers. Julie Bennett came to the rescue! We had basic single hang-rod closets and a small empty space next to the refrigerator that we could not find furniture to fit into. Julie listened to our concerns, quickly drafted a design and collaborated with us on the final product. She asked questions I didn’t even consider. Julie’s solution met all of our needs and when her fantastic installer, Adrian completed the job it exceeded our expectations! Adrian also asked great questions throughout the installation process to ensure everything looked and functioned the way we wanted it to. I didn’t post pictures our closets to protect the innocent, but the new cabinet matched the rest of our kitchen perfectly!

I highly recommend California Closets. Everything was well done and their team of professionals are wonderful to work with. Do not be fooled by their beautiful products, designs and results, they are very reasonably priced. Julie made sure to work within our budget, was great at offering options and was transparent with the reason for certain costs. Top notch customer service and results definitely earns them the “California” in their name. 🙂

In my case, I had the pleasure of working with Heather Dancel, who was exceptionally responsive and a true professional throughout the process. We recently moved into a new home and knew some renovations would need to be made. The living room lacked media storage and the master bedroom closet layout did not take full advantage of the space. California Closets came highly recommended. Julie Bennett was the lead designer on the project. She worked very closely with us and was very collaborative making sure the designs met our needs as well as offering her own advice and expertise.

For example, it was important for me to have a desk downstairs away from the bedroom to give myself some separation between work and home. I also have a large movie collection that I wanted to properly display. Using some creativity and careful measuring, we were able to come up with a design that offered a ton of shelving and incorporated a large enough desk space into the design.

Jose de la Cruz and Adrian Garcia were the two workers leading the installation of the closet and desk/entertainment center unit. It was a full-day job. They worked tirelessly and carefully being respectful of not only my own place, but also being mindful of my neighbors. They frequently checked in with me throughout the process making sure everything was shaping up correctly and that I was satisfied with the product. They were happy to answer any questions I had and I felt confident in their knowledge and craftsmanship.

Our place finally feels like a home with these two things in place. We are thrilled with the end result and have attached a few photos of they turned out. We would absolutely recommend California Closets and would hire them again for the future.

Jennifer was thorough and absolutely amazing at her job! I've seen the preview and worked with me from start to finish. I was even willing to do a commercial for Cali Closets. It is a company worth doing business with. They're more professional than that other company I won't name. Any mistakes and they will replace it without having me deal with it. It was a stress-free experience. More people need to be like her and her install crew.

Extremely easy process that exceeded expectations. Everything from the estimate/measurements to the installation was done very well, on time, and without any hassle. Process is simple - a rep comes out, shows some options, takes measurements of the existing closet as is, mocks up options on their software while still at your house, and walks you through pricing. Was never upsold and selected a very reasonable option well within our budget. Highly recommend Heather and California closets.

I was very excited for my project, installation day came. The installer was working on the project all day and I came to look at it I wasn’t very happy with it at the corner of one end of the closet are not all the way to the wall I’m not sure why. I asked and they said because my wall is not level. This wall is a new built. I talked to my contractor and he put up the level for me to see and it dead level. I’m not sure why!
