I have never ever written a review for a business/product/restaurant etc. but I wanted to take a moment to share my experience at AASC Duluth. Out of the blue, my Babylock Espire decided to give me problems. Being a new sewer, I did not know how to explain the issues on the phone, so I brought the machine in to the store, thinking that it may need to go into repair. Brenda greeted me and started to troubleshoot . She took her time to explain to me the importance of keeping all parts clean, and delicately took out the clumps of dust from my machine. While doing so, she taught me so many aspects of the machine which I had not known since it was given to me without a manual. Once the dust bunnies were removed, it sewed beautifully as usual. I wanted to point out that Brenda's patience, kindness, and helpfulness was above and beyond. This was my second trip to the store, and everyone inside seems to be very knowledgeable and helpful. I am very happy to know a sewing center that I can totally trust my "Baby" with.

What a great shop! Everyone inside is so kind, and always so very helpful with questions or demos of the amazing variety of machines. Fabric selection is great, and they’ll have any notion you could possibly need.

Walked in and didn't so much as get a "Hi" let alone any help. There's a bell on the door so they know I walked in and they looked when I did. Not one soul spoke to me as I looked around and I was in close proximity to many of the people. I will never return to this store. I needed help looking for a certain type of fabric. After about 5 minutes of silence. I left.

Today, Jolene took considerable time to help me thru a series of issues with my Bernina Bernette b79 machine. She explained many aspects of the machine that were not clearly explained in the manual. She is a true asset to the Atlanta Sewing Center and I thank her so much.

Today (8/23/24) Julene and Amberlee did not disappoint. I have had an ongoing problem with my b79 Bernina Bernette and Atlanta Sewing Center stuck with me until a resolution was found. I so appreciated all their efforts and how generally helpful and friendly they both were.
I can not thank them enough and highly recommend Atlanta Sewing Center.

I went by the store 3/8. I was looking for a sewing machine cabinet. I was talking with a sales associate when another customer approached with a question and my sales associate abandoned me to help her. I stood there thinking for sure she would come back to assist me. Nope never retuned. I walked around again thinking she would find me. I left after 15 minutes. Guess they didn’t need a sale because I was ready to buy.

Wonderful quilt shop! Huge selection of lovely fabrics. Excellent staff, always willing to help. They have become family.

I loved this place. The set up is clean, smells fresh, and organized not only by brand but by what the products are used for. They don't have a huge amount of fabrics, this store is mainly sewing machine / replacement store and if the accessories isles in Joann's was expanded.

Everyone was super friendly and eager to help with any questions I had. Emmet ( I believe their name is) was so helpful. They explained things in a way that didn't make me feel like an idiot and helped me get the best price for the quality I wanted.

I definitely recommend stopping by and checking it out!
