If you're new into setting up trash pick ups as a commercial business, make sure to look deeply into what you're signing for because they literally put you in a contract that you won't be able to terminate without a fortune and overcharge you for the entire duration of your contract. Not only that, these guy's customer service is absolutely the worst out there, because nobody knows how to resolve anything. I've been receiving incidental charges for something that my neighbor has been doing because WM's GPS system is so poorly managed. and guess what, nobody has made an effort to resolve this, instead they charge you over and over and over until it gets to a point where you don't know what you're paying for. and then they'll threaten you that they won't pick up your trash because you're missing payments on something that you've never done for. THE WORST TRASH COMPANY OUT THERE, TRASH

Very disappointing they raise the price regularly during the pandemic. Our bill is about 60% higher than a year and half ago. And btw, you do not get advance notice either email or postal mail, just a big surprise when you get your bill. I've called I think twice regards the past two times when we saw increase on our bill and they'll just tell you it's the government and local increased cost and not them. Well, not 60% increase, bad business practice.

NEGATIVE FIVE STARS!!! Hired help and rented trucks on a Saturday to haul our construction refuse. Hours posted on site and online open until 3pm. Showed up at 1:30 and their gates were closed with no one answering any of the posted phone numbers. Now I have to pay for two additional days on the rented trucks and re-hire help another day to unload.

EDIT YOUR HOURS before more people have to experience very unnecessary and expensive costs!!!!

I had my gate unlocked for trash pick and they did not pick up trash because it has to be literally open (completely open) in order for them to pick up trash. It's a private property and they want me to leave my gate open all day so other people can also come in they want charge extra to open gate for us. Again not to mention they already charge to unlock the gate but on top of that to open the gate. This recycle LA program is the worst program where we are getting charged left and right for small things like opening an already unlocked door. it's like an airline saying you buy airline ticket but you also have to pay extra to board the plane, pay extra to sit in a physical seat. so frustrating.
