The current rating on Google is below what the rating should be. Much larger stock than home depot on bolts fasteners, blades, buts large wrenches, making tools Milwaukee, and concrete anchors. If in stock at home depot will match or beat prices

Big D had everything I needed, including A-1 service from the moment I walked in. What surprised me was their prices. They were very reasonable. No. Their prices are low. Lower than the big orange store and the big blue store. I bought 1/2" all thread, a 1/2" ring nut and a 5/8" x 18" long Milwaukee drill bit for about 75% of the orange/blue prices. I would recommend Big D Bolt & Tool as the first step. They also had plenty of related tools, including Klein electrical tools and top brands of cordless & corded drills, cutting tools.

I'm really impressed by how "BIG" d Bolt &Tool can keep its doors open with the business model and attitude of the 1950s.
I asked the owner if I could see a work lamp that was a display model be turned on . He flat out denied the request and when I questioned him on the reason he was completely honest and said he didn't want to . For a 70+ yr old man to get on a high horse about showing a work light that his brick and mortar business is selling complete baffles me . I opted to go to Amazon prime and paid .99 cents less . Save your self the time and avoid this place .I think the owner’s name is Bob

The staff are alright but the owner is rude and obnoxious.

I'm a commercial hvac tech and I buy a lot of tools. I shopped here a couple of times in the distant past and the prices were okay, but when I went in more recently to get 4 or 5 18v tools a junior manager offered to put together a package for me. I was supposed to get back with him in a couple days. I came back with cash in hand and asked the owner if so and so was around, I think I'm ready to get those....ready to spend $1300, but the owner cut me off, became rude and belligerant with me, and, try as I might, I couldn't apologize for whatever I said or did that made him treat me with such contempt, he simply told me he didnt need or want my business;that my business wouldn't be missed.

Just my experience, but it happened just like that and was quite unpleasant.

Reading some of these reviews makes me wonder what kind of attitude these customers have with the workers here, I have never had any issues with this place and I've been coming here 10 years or more. Always had what I needed and a few things I really didn't but bought anyway.

Avoid this place .
Owner is hard to deal with. He asks if you have been helped as if he is going to help you then when you tell him what you need he proceeds to pass you to a employee in the back and have to repeat what you need . Owner is there just to micromanage any interaction .
If he doesn’t want your business he will not hesitate to let you know . Worst customer service in the state of Texas
