This place is a gem! Insanely good flavors, low cal, lots of topping choices. We had orange dreamsicle with marshmallows on top. 10/10. Didn’t catch the name of the lady working but she was so friendly and explained everything to us since it was our first time! Can’t wait to come back and try more flavors. Amazing having no guilt after eating their ice cream!

Staff were so helpful and welcoming as it was my first experience. Was craving a sweet snack and found this guilt free ice cream! I love the variety of sizes they offer as I only wanted a small amount and the price was pretty good. Really enjoyed the sugar free topping options they offered and enjoyed the soft serve flavor of the week! Would definitely recommend !

Me and my Mrs absolutely love this place and we use it as our go-to date every week. We go here primarily for the ice cream, of course, but they do have a lot of other items that have piqued both of our interests. From ice cream sandwiches to cookies and even cereal, this place has a lot. The owners and the folks working behind the counter are very sweet and kind, and I'm glad such a place like this exists. Keep up the good work, especially with all the flavors that rotate weekly, and we will certainly be back every week if not more!

This is one of my all time top picks for a sweet cold treat to beat that Austin heat. I have driven over an hour to come get this Low Carb, low calorie, and truly delightful “ice cream”. My kids love it too!

I am not saying it is healthy - it is a healthier alternative when you need a sweet treat.

My favorite flavors are Orange dream, pistachio, and cherry.

My daughter loves the chocolate. My son has to get his milkshake.

I love this “low carb emporium”. The owners are lovely (and local - and often there so tell them Jqi {Jackie} says hi!) and their staff are always so wonderful.

Side note: I recently went to NYC and I tried Tasti D’lites. It not only had 80 calories and 13 carbs for 3 oz (!?!) but it did not taste as good.
I believe D’lites’ are 50 calories and 6 carbs per 4 oz.
Austin absolutely beat NYC on this front.

If you are looking for a low low sugar and low card ice cream you need to go to d’lites ice cream. I gave Sonia a taste of my caramel sundae and it made her eyes roll to the back of her head. It was so amazing.

Loved finding a diabetic friendly store in south Austin! Bonus, they have ice cream that is Keto!! They have the usual basic flavors and some unique flavors that change weekly. We got Coffee with Heath pieces, Salted Caramel, and Almond Joy! They sell KETO: bread, croissants, pastas and sugar-free cookies!
