If a zero star was possible, that would be the rating they deserve. The jewelry was okay but their customer service is abysmal. I canceled the order over 24 hours before it was shipped but they stated that I could not cancel it anymore. They rest assured me I could still return it. They failed to mention I would lose approximately $10 in my refund when I returned it. I spoke with customer service many times and all they did was say the label was already made when I canceled it. I canceled it 19 hours before a label was made. It is really unfortunate that such great jewelry crafter refuse to provide adequate customer service.

I absolutely LOVE Hello Adorn! Not only is their quality amazing (I have several pieces), but their Customer Service is second-to-none. I recently reached out to see what options I might have to replace a broken chain on my Tiny Dot Necklace. I was happy to hear back quickly from them with the option to send it in for repair for a small fee. They have been in communication with me each step which is an uncommon (but very appreciated) practice. Thank you, Hello Adorn!

One of the worst businesses my wife and I have dealt with in a long time. I purchased my wife a necklace for a Christmas gift and the standard length chain is sized to fit a toddler. After emailing in regards to exchange, they made the process seem simple enough however the website WILL NOT allow you to exchange, the page either crashes or you’re left with a 0 credit balance in checkout to exchange with. This has been an ongoing battle of attempts for over a week with little to no response to emails and no answers when calling their phone. Please don’t waste your time buying here. I’m ending up returning (paying fees to return) and losing money on this purchase because they’re unbearable to work with.

The most amazing customer service experience I’ve ever had! Lost one of my favorite earrings, and was simply going to buy a new pair. I couldn’t find it on their website, so I reached out via instagram. They offered to make me a new one even though the product had been discontinued. I absolutely love the handmade jewelry here! I have several pieces. Customer service is excellent! My favorite piece is the Mama Necklace, with my son’s initial. Recently my necklace broke and the team at Hello Adorn worked with me to repair it. I highly recommend! Jewelry is able to be worn while in the water, working out, etc.

I have really loved this store and my favorite jewelry is from Hello Adorn, but now I’m conflicted. Sadly, my silver hearts bracelet tarnished even while being stored correctly. Other silver jewelry kept near it has been just fine. That braclet had also broke a few times but u was able to fix it myself. Then I noticed one of my silver chains looking tarnished. I’m not sure what can be done about that but it’s a real bummer. Additionally, I want to suggest tighter earring backs or a secondary early back that a lot of earrings come with. My moonstone earrings specifically the backs were so loose. I should have added my own backs because now I lost one.

Beautiful earrings! I LOVE my Adorn earrings. The little twists are the perfect mom jewelry because they’re too small for tiny hands to yank on, but they still feel fun/pretty! I can leave them in 24/7 and they don’t bother my very sensitive ears. They were a little tough to get in, but it helped to stretch them out then pinch them back together once they were in. The packaging was so cute too!

I love my twist earrings. I've had them in for a year or two now. My cuffs and moonstone studs are also from Hello Adorn. The quality is amazing. They don't turn colors or bother my ears like most earrings. I just got my rings in the last week and I look forward to putting them on everyday. The are so unique and just my style.
