We were building novices and architect Mike Bustos from Megaplan "held our hand" and helped and guided us through the whole experience of creating a new kitchen extension. It wasn't painless, we had to sack and replace a building contractor mid-project, but Mike was always in our corner giving us great professional advice, above and beyond any contractual obligations we had with Megaplan.
To counter our lack of experience, Mike had to produce several iterations of ideas and plans for us. He then nursed the project through the Planning Application stage by liaising with the authorities in advance and securing full permissions. Mike backed us when it came to issues with the builders and glaziers and helped us all the way through to completion. His unflagging enthusiasm, friendliness, patience and understanding was invaluable to us. We and the cat are now enjoying our bigger, lighter space. We cannot recommend Mike and Megaplan highly enough.
