I'm very torn about this review. Powertec has some of the best gym equipment, but some of the worst customer service. It took my order 3 days to get to the East coast from California. That was great! Then it sat in Charlotte for 12 days before they delivered it to me 30 days down the road. Then, when I put the machine together it was missing a rubber footing on the footing base. I reached out to Powertec 3 times about it and finally called and spoke to someone. The lady said oh didn't u send us an email? She then told me she would check the email out and get back in touch with me. Lol I was like, but I'm on the phone now. Then she blamed it on someone being out of the office and she had another email before me...lol Absolutely poor customer service on the phone and through email. The piece I need is for safety and Powertec shipped my unit without one. Powertec has great equipment but poor customer service. Very hard to bridge the gap here and Powertec doesn't seem to care.

Ordered fly and leg curl attachments from Powertec. They were never received. Powertec provided invoice saying FedEx delivered items, but I never received the items. I had to file a claim with Amex to recoup some of the money. While I understand FedEx said the delivered, my concern is "Why would Powertec ship $400 plus worth of items without requiring a signature". Bottom line, I purchased items that were never received from Powertec.

Ordered the Workbench Levergym due to the COVID-19 situation. There was a bit of a delay due to supply chain and extreme demand, completely understandable. Since receiving and assembling it, I have logged three workouts on the machine and I am extremely impressed. As a serious lifter, who has bounced around the powerlifting and fitness scene since I was 13, I always thought home equipment was the equivalent of working out at a hotel gym. The cables are butter smooth and the variety of workouts you can do on the system is amazing. Thank you so much for allowing me to exercise again. My state is still locked down pretty tight and going to the gym was so awful around here, I gave up on going. I have lifted for the first time in 4 months two days ago and I can feel my mental state improving overnight. A+ product.

Our son wanted to start playing football in his 9th grade school term. We started purchasing residential exercise equipment to avoid transporting him to a local gym. Our first purchase from Powertec was the Levergym Chin / Dip Assist Machine. Our family is extremely satisfied with this purchase. It was shipped via freight and arrived early with no problems. When first purchased, my son couldn’t do one pull-up due to the underdeveloped posterior muscle groups. Now he has a extremely developed back. His back development can be viewed through Aaron LA Williams on YouTube, he posted a back workout video. More recently, after reviewing many Leg Press Machines we went with Powertec Leg Press. As with our first Powertec purchase, this was also delivered via freight, delivered on a pallet and packaged extremely well. The freight company Powertec contracted, contacted us via phone and scheduled a four hour delivery window for the next day delivery and delivered as promised. As for the Assisted Chin Up Machine my son no longer uses this piece of equipment, however me being over 50 years old, it suits me just fine. I use it every month. Even my younger daughters use it now that they are running track. Powertec equipment is highly recommend for all ages. Please keep up the superior craftsmanship. We look forward to our next purchase from your very reliable establishment.

Some of the best fitness equipment out there. I ordered the Work Bench Utility Bench with the Leg Lift Attachment and it's hands down the best bench I've ever used. I dealt with Albert and Luis and the customer service was excellent. They usually got back to me in less than a day. On top of that, throw in free shipping and you can't beat it!

Evertime I go to this warehouse to pick up equipment for Discount fitness, I get bad customer service, employees give me bad attitude, they make me wait longer,they dont help me load,,had me leave the
warehouse and come back because they are loading a big truck while I'm picking up 3 boxes
