LIED about my rewards after I asked if I could use my points. the cashier thought about it first then told me I didn't have any rewards because "I'd only bought 2 bananas on my account" when in fact I have so many points I'll never use them all since I fuel up at 7-11 very frequently and buy lots of snacks and drinks for the fam. What's with Volusia and lying weird convenience store clerks?

The Bahama Mama is the best dog here. They have taken it off the shelves for a while. They are back now. Try it. It’s a big tasty dog just a bit spicy. Get an any size coffee plus a pastry combo for 2.49. There’s a big tall guy in the store but don’t get intimated by him as he’s very patient and helpful. I’ll give it 4 stars.

The man at the counter acted like I was a disease and then continued to throw the bag on the counter and walk away like it was my job to bag up my purchase and then continued to treat the customer behind me with the upmost respect. Definitely never going there again and I live right down the road. Mind you I was not rude nor was I disrespectful. Probably should get better employees or if they don't like their job don't work there.

Poor coffee selection, only one container of regular coffee available unless you want blueberry or peppermint bark. Have stopped in several times in morning at other 7/11s and they have multiple coffee options brewing.

Worst customer service ever. Picked 3 items that were all 2 for $ price sales. None of them ring up in the system as the sale price and employee at the front desk can't fix it.

A huge 400 pounder grabs a few hamburgers out of the food bin , then walks around the counter to the cash register and starts chomping down on his burgers while checking people out. The slob never noticed the food crumbs and spilt soda in front of him while he was munching down his burgers in public.

Filthy and one of the worst managed stores I've ever had the misfortune of visiting. Roaches on the condiment bar. Was going to get a couple of hot dogs but after witnessing that....NOPE!

The staff (mostly Mikey) has no customer service skills. Very Rude!!!
(The girl with dark curly hair and the Guy with the beard, are awesome!! Some of the other staff members are clearly very miserable and probably need to find a new job that is not in customer service)
